Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Dispatch occurs when your order is handed to our shipping carrier and begins its journey to your chosen address. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and begin once your package has been dispatched. Here are the estimated delivery times based on your region:

Please note that delays during peak times, holidays, or customs inspections may occur, which could extend delivery times. While these delays are outside our control, we’ll do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It’s your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to processing delays or order cancellation. If we detect an issue with your address, we’ll email you within 3 business days to verify the information. If we don’t receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delayed Delivery
We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. However, delivery delays caused by external factors like weather, transportation issues, or courier problems are beyond our control.
In such cases, we’ll work closely with the courier to resolve the issue. Additionally, delays related to product availability, address verification, or payment processing will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
Smoothley is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we’ll always keep you informed and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
Lost or Stolen Packages
While rare, packages may sometimes be lost or stolen during transit. If this happens, please contact us at hello@smoothley.com, and we’ll work with the courier to investigate the issue.
You can also file a claim directly with the courier, as most have a process for lost or stolen packages. Smoothley will assist in following up on the claim and provide updates as we work to resolve the matter.
Please note that Smoothley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement. If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.
